WHY

KLINT, an innovative new product in the nicotine category, got us on board to spearhead their global presence and launch. This expanded beyond introducing a niche product category but encouraging consumers to adopt a new, smoke-free nicotine experience. KLINT's main value proposition was offering its audience a better alternative, better habits, through which they ambitioned to challenge the traditional nicotine landscape and offer a modern, science-backed alternative. The key challenge lay in not only launching a brand-new product but also shifting consumer behavior toward embracing a new nicotine alternative.

Our approach began by deeply understanding the target audience, mapping out their needs, pain points, and existing challenges. We then outlined a narrative that directly connected these issues to KLINT’s unique value proposition, emphasizing how the product offered a better, smoke-free, nicotine experience. We identified three key communication pillars to drive the brand’s messaging:
01. “Better habits for a better you,” highlighting the product’s promise of promoting healthier choices
02. "A smoke-free experience" relaying the assurance of a cleaner alternative
03. Finally, an always-on message of “Nicotine you love, backed by science you can trust,” to reinforce KLINT’s credibility and scientific grounding.

From there, we built a holistic GTM strategy. This encompassed every element of the launch, starting with defining the creative art direction and concepts. Then, we began developing a teaser and launch plan, generating intrigue and excitement around the product. Once the foundation was set, we developed a cohesive online experience, where the look, feel, design, content, and messaging aligned seamlessly. Every online touchpoint, worked together to create a strong, unified brand presence. The result was a powerful, globally resonant activation thatt positioned the brand as a pioneering force in the nicotine industry, promoting better habits and a smoke-free lifestyle.
